Unless otherwise stated in a project agreement, upon full payment, you will own the source code and deliverables created specifically for your project.
All pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, libraries, and tools used in the development remain the property of their respective owners.
Our company name, logo, branding materials, and general methodologies remain our exclusive property.
All fees are specified in your service agreement. Fees are payable according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract. Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in individual service agreements. Work completed prior to cancellation is non-refundable.
We provide our services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridge CX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bridge CX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
